Water Aerobics I

A low-impact exercise class in the pool helps tone muscles, adds flexibility, and strength and helps with balance without putting stress on your joints. This class is very good for seniors who have arthritis or have trouble with their knees or hip.

Class Times

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday| 10:00 am

Tuesday and Thursday| 6:45 pm 

Saturday| 10:00am
